Any ideas on what this could be?

I have had chronic pain in the middle of my left foot ever since I was 4 years old. It used to occur bi-weekly, but now it's daily and my pain level is worse than it was back then. I have had a new symptom this year. My calf muscles get tight to the point where it's too uncomfortable. Elevation makes me feel better. My normal pain would be about a 4 out of 10. My flares would be about a 7 out of 10. I have had an x-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and blood test. My ferritin/iron is low (not anemia yet though). My TSH/thyroid is a bit low. My RBC/red blood cells is a bit low as well.

Experiences:

  • Many people have said that it is probably just growing pains but I know it is not.

  • A doctor once said it's caused by stress.

Some things I have looked into: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Peripheral Neuropathy
