Something we have seen through many patient stories, is the value in pacing and resting even when you feel well. Often, it's easy to wake up feeling great and to want to take advantage and do everything - however this only leads to more cycles of fatigue for many. Instead, pacing and maintaining consistent routines seem to be beneficial!
