Chronically Me was founded on the belief that the people living with chronic illness deserve a greater say in the conversations and decisions that affect their lives.
What began as a small effort to make living with chronic illness feel less isolating has grown into a global patient advocacy organization connecting over 150,000 individuals worldwide.
We believe that the realities of chronic illness deserve far greater recognition beyond our own community. Through patient storytelling and awareness initiatives, we work to bring experiences that are too often overlooked into the mainstream, helping the broader public better understand what living with chronic illness actually looks like.
We want patients to have access to the support they need to feel more in control of their lives. Our growing ecosystem of resources is designed to make navigating chronic illness easier, while our programs give individuals the opportunity to develop their own advocacy efforts and create change within their communities.
