Our CM ambassadors are rewriting the narrative of chronic illness worldwide. Across five continents, they lead local initiatives, spark global conversations, and embody the spirit of patient-driven change. Together, they’ve turned personal resilience into a collective force that reaches across borders, systems, and screens.

Through storytelling, we’re reshaping how the world sees chronic illness. With over 50 patient-submitted stories published, Chronically Me amplifies voices too often left unheard. Our Real Stories series spotlights the raw realities of life with chronic illness, exploring what it truly means to navigate identity, resilience, and care. These narratives remind the world that empathy begins with listening, and amplify patient narratives about clincial definitions.

Our Circle represents the collective force behind Chronically Me — the organizations, advocates, and changemakers who share our vision for a more human healthcare system. Together, we transform connection into collaboration, and collaboration into progress. Every partnership is rooted in the belief that systemic change happens when patients, creators, and professionals sit at the same table, designing solutions side by side.

The Chargies are our CM community — a space where patients connect, laugh, and find solidarity through shared experience. With a collective audience of over 144,000 across multiple platforms, the Chargies bring humanity back into the conversation around chronic illness. Here, stories, memes, and patient narratives coexist — reflecting the full spectrum of what it means to live with long-term conditions. 

MyCM is our flagship digital health platform—built to make medical self-tracking simple, insightful, and empowering. Designed from lived experience, it allows patients to record symptoms, habits, and health data in one organized space, then transform that information into clear, shareable reports that improve communication with providers. Used by patients around the world, myCM reduces the administrative burden of illness and helps people reclaim agency over their care.

We’re raising ~$10,000 alongside the Mumbai Marathon to support patients living with chronic conditions. This initiative helps expand access to long-term care resources, bridging the gap between awareness and tangible impact. By uniting our global community behind a shared cause, we’re turning compassion into action—and running toward a world where care is within everyone’s reach.
